March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month!

Colon Cancer is the 3rd most common cancer and the 2nd leading cause of cancer related deaths. It is the 3rd leading cause of death in men& women, with a 50% higher – risk of dying from colon cancer for blacks compared to whites. In 2000, March became the designated month for Colon Cancer awareness, and a blue ribbon is used for the symbol of awareness. Show Your Support by wearing blue on National Wear Blue Day, This Friday!
